The founders

Holding51 ApS is founded by Jacob Mogensen and Anita Mogensen. The start of Holding51 ApS was laid back when the founders started the Danish freebie website Gratis-Ting.dk in 1999. Since then they have worked with many ideas, companies, and projects.

The name Holding51 ApS originates from the founders’ fascination of the projects being conducted within the Nevada Test and Training Range, Nevada, USA. As Area51, Holding51 ApS is also working on a series of projects. If you have an idea for such a project, please feel free to contact us.

49 % ownership. Casual Gaming ApS is focused on international casual gaming websites.

100 % ownership. MM Lejligheder ApS owns rental real estate.

20 % ownership. Rental property development project in Nørresundby, Denmark.
